Raw Thoughts - Don't judge, just getting it out.

What if when you die your mind becomes absorbed by the same thing that absorbs it when it sleeps?  You disappear into yourself or become part of some sort of “collective consciousness”?  You begin to experience the world on its “ideal” level.

There’s so much we don’t understand about existence.  How would dark matter, etc., play into the immediate moments following death.  If there is some sort of part of the universe that contains an infinite amount of existence, albeit condensed, what would that mean for our consciousness?  Is there some dimension to our world that is directly related to how we process information?  Our mind or our “soul?”  Could our thoughts just be coming from the “ether?”  Would “ether” be defined as that place in our universe that contains more than it lets on?  We know of atoms, electrons, quasars, micro-quasars, etc, but there is still about 95% of the universe that has yet to be explained.  Granted it’s all a theory, but what happens when we die?  Wouldn’t it be safe to assume that what happens when we die has *something* to do with that 95%?  Perhaps it’s all connected.  When we die, we die, I think I still believe that, but it doesn’t mean that the energy of our minds, our thoughts, etc. just end.  All of that life has to go somewhere, recycled, absorbed, something.
